Roles: Design, Rapid Prototype Development
The Challenge: At the time, there were multiple (9+) different product description pages (PDP’s) for the same Microsoft Office products, all brandished and managed by different teams within the corporation. This created dissonance across the brand – and the brands image – and ultimately affected the end user experience.
The Solution: Converging and distilling every separate channel into one location online, carrying the same UI and UX for various product.
The solutions needed to be created very quickly, from design to development, with many different potentials – A, B, C, D… testing for consideration.
Working in unison with other designers, designs were tailored to accommodate all teams’ and channels requests and concerns, within the scope of reason, while pushing the boundaries of engineering. This meant pushing new UI/UX features using Fluent Web as much as possible … within a realistic timeframe.
